Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally although we might charge more for different zones. Depending on where you live, customs might charge for your delivery as well.
How long will my order take to arrive?
After your order has been processed, please allow 1-2 weeks for domestic shipping, longer for international destinations (varies by location). We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package has been sent!
(However, *PLEASE* make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!)
If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. If the case is deemed valid, RowPhysioShop.com will cover related costs to deliver a replacement.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed we cannot accept cancellations. Please refer to RowPhysioShop.com Policy for more information.
